How much does weekly garden maintenance cost in Bali?
Fixed monthly plans start from IDR 750,000 per month for one visit a week at a typical villa garden — mowing, pruning, weeding and green waste removal included. Larger gardens are quoted from photos. Full rates on our pricing page.
How much is a one-off garden cleanup?
A one-off garden cleanup starts from IDR 500,000: overgrowth cut back, beds weeded, lawn mowed and edged, and all green waste taken away the same day. Details on the garden maintenance page.
How much does a new lawn cost in Bali?
New turf starts from IDR 85,000/m² including soil preparation and laying. We mostly use Manila grass for sunny lawns and Pearl grass for softer, shadier areas — see lawn care & new turf.
How much does a landscaping project cost?
Full landscaping design and build starts from IDR 5,000,000 for a small courtyard and scales with size and planting density. Every project gets a fixed quote before work starts — see landscaping design & build.
Which plants work in shade and which in full sun?
For deep shade we use calathea, philodendron, ferns and Pearl grass; for full sun bougainvillea, frangipani, hibiscus and Manila grass. The wrong choice is why many villa gardens fade — our guide to the best plants for a Bali villa garden covers it with prices.
How often should the lawn be mowed in rainy season?
Every 7–10 days from November to March — tropical grass can grow 4–5 cm a week in the rain, and letting it get long invites fungus. We cover schedules, drainage and fungus in lawn care in the rainy season.
Do you take away the green waste?
Yes — every visit includes removal of clippings, palm fronds and prunings in our own pickup. Nothing is burned on site and nothing is left in a corner of your garden.
Is there a guarantee on new plants?
